fun times
So Friday night was one of my best friends Bridal shower/Bachlorette party, me and my other best friend (theres three of us who have been friends since high school that still get together all the time) threw her the party, we however are not in the wedding, which is totally fine by me because we're not out the money for the outfit plus we get to have fun the day of. The bride feels bad about it and she wants us to be like acting bridesmaids without having to do all the work, although setting up a bridal shower/bachlorette with a bride who wants to have a say in all of it was a lot of work. Anyway I digress, we went to a great restaurant, played some games, ate some awesome grub and opened some nice and naughty presents and then headed out to our limo, yes i said limo, do I rock at booking a party or what??? We have a blast rolling around town in our limo and then get to the bar where we had our VIP entrance, plus a private booth, server and free drinks. The bride loved it and had a great time, it was fun but it is so not my thing anymore. I wonder when the day that you become too old to party at a bar all night and drink until the sun comes up actually happened because I don't remember getting older and becoming a party popper, i used to drink all night and dance and party like a rock star and then boom I got into a relationship, settled down, packed on pounds, got married and had a kid. Its crazy to think that we can get so old so quickly, there are people who can still party like a rock star. Where do they get their energy?? how do I get some? Suffice it to say I danced until 1am and drank more then usual but still managed to get into bed by 3 and up at 7:30 to start a new day. I am surprised by how much little sleep I can still run on, the kidlet prepped me for that. I'm still missing my voice though I almost felt like saying to the DJ could you please turn it down but i didn't want to be that old! Hahaha. Well all that mattered was the Bride had a great time and we got to hang out like in the old days even though we were all yawning at the restaurant hahaha. Fun times

Morning Delight!
Okay so this morning started out like any other, alarm clock goes off, I hit snooze three times before my bladder says come on lets get out of bed or i'm going to make you pee it. So i drag myself out of bed, avoid looking at the mirror because I know I look atrocious, and go about my morning routine. All of a sudden my phone beeps with a text message, turns out my ride is running late so I have some extra time this morning. I guess my husband knew that too because when I got back to the bedroom to change he was raring to get dirty, I figured why the hell not. Nothing is better then starting the day off with a good romp in the hay. I have to say out of all the things I complain about when it comes to my husband he sure knows how to push my "oh my god!" buttons. Thinking maybe tomorrow I'll set the clock for earlier and we can start the day off that way again!
